Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Everyone but me feeling sick from Cracker Barrel Sunday – Wow. Whoa. Its the second time we’ve grabbed as a team and everyone but ME got sick. I’m happy they’re all cool beans but I’m crazy happy I didn’t get it. Me and diarrhea = falls and accidents.

2.) No Red Bulls worked so I’m going again – By worked, I mean the intensity of constipated lessened.

1.) Got new interviews coming – 💥💥💥💥👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. This will help solidify my podcast as a self-help. 2 of my 3 interviews have Multiple Sclerosis so we’ll have plenty to talk about.
