Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.


3.) Saw OT and did new exercises – I was feeling low. She asked why and I asked the question,

“Is there a difference between disabled and crippled?”

It’s haunting me, slowing my healing. I liked her answer of don’t use that word. She stood by her analysis too. Despite the last three weeks, I can bounce back, BE better. Then we dove into exercises and I felt better with each one.

2.) Saw PT for old exercises – The exercises went well. He addressed my pains and back issues. I asked the question of him and he challenged my thinking. He shared a book that directly addressed my dark thoughts too.

1.) MRIs transferred easily – The new neurologist needed my scans and stuff. I thought it be long waits on the phone, multiple calls, etc. It wasn’t. πŸ’₯
