Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.


3.) The Swarm (Amazon Prime, 2023) – The review is on YouTube already. This mug is gooooood! Kept me entertained despite leg soreness from violent spasms.

2.) Weekend without pills – I’m proud of myself. I don’t think I’ll be able to keep working from home due to health issues. My vision is a real threat to job performance. My pain is as well, the shaking, falling, restroom visits. I’ve got to start prepping myself for life without healthcare, without painkillers, without muscle relaxers, without whatever the nerve damage meds do. This weekend was a great start.

1.) First time hitting back – I get negative comments weekly. This is my first time returning the Venom and I’m happy I did. That shit can wreck my moods and have me overthinking. When I bust back, my Inner G (pronounced “energy”) stays high, self-doubt remains low. All that makes me a patient spouse, cool Dad and relentless creator.
