What and WHY I'm grateful today. I model this so others learn to put mindset OVER bullshit.

Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Fell but I’m good – Really, I am. Always a gratitude here because I don’t need another injury or pain or disability on my plate!

2.) Best therapy in over a month – I took 4 steps. That’s more than a month combined. This is a sign that I’m healing, a confirmation and I’m gonna take it.

1.) Appointment for accommodation – I need help at work. Working-from-home is killing what vision I have left.

Sit & stand – ✅️

Bridges x10  – ✅️

Lay on back, abductors x10 – ✅️

Up & seated x10 – 🚫

Sit & pick up knee – ✅️

Sit & pick up heel – ✅️

Sit and pick toes/front foot – ✅️

Seated Abduction exercises – 🚫

Sleep – 8/4 (hours vs getting out of bed)
