Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Good PT session – Two straight days of grinding and stretching. Well, two scheduled days. This makes me feel like I’m healing so I’m stoked!

2.) LinkedIn free trial – At $99/mo, I can’t afford this service unless I’m making that much monthly from it. *deep breathe* Well, since I’m stoked from healing, let’s get it cracking.

1.) Dropping new podcast today, 11am – Me and Amy, chopping sports, open invite to join. I’m trying to build my community and taking this step is necessary for growth.
