Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Going to see 1st pain specialist – I’ll be honest. I did NOT go today. I canceled because it’s raining and when you’re severely disabled, wheelchair-bound, dependant on others, rain kills attempts to move. I did get a rush from my wife’s idea of loading me in garage. It didn’t work but I LOVE she thought of it. That’s an affirmation of someone trying hard as me. ❤️❤️

2.) OT trying to get visual aids – She’s going for lights, magnifiers and key guards. Wow. Another affirmation of someone else’s effort to improve my life. I happily accept! ❤️❤️❤️

1.) Shower Day – Once I’m cleaned up, I can apply these creams and ointments to my pressure spots. I really need the relief.
