Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Me & Kerry did the IG LIVE – Boi, I had fun. Everything started on-time. All the sound worked. Had my most viewers. Yup. I’m dropping a new podcast episode tomorrow.

2.) New grinder – Easy one here. I was able to smoke which made the pain more manageable. Perfect timing because my neck has suddenly been hurting like nerve pain.
