How I’m managing pressure sores

I can’t quit because these pressure sores are becoming priorities! The idea is extra booty cushions AND extra yoga mats will alleviate some pain.

I KNOW I need to stretch, exercise to relieve the spasms and spasticity.

I KNOW I gotta keep moving to make moving possible.

Yup, I did my gratitude journal already.
Sipping water.
Blueberry wine on deck.
Watching Legion of Superheros.
Wife likes her Mother’s Day gift.
Kids fed.
