Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) The Mother (Netflix, 2023) – This helped the time pass. The game 7 was a blow out, not entertaining after halftime so I switched over. This kept me awake while watching kids for Mother’s Day.
2.) Even I know my Mother’s Day gift was good – Yup. My bucket is full. I did something righteous for a few Moms by sending wine and watching kids. I feel like I really did something.

1.) My Sunday dinner – Just peeling and splitting up the pieces was a good waste of time. Eating them curved my appetite, stopped the hunger pains. It was starting to affect my mood and patience.
