Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.
3.) Got my BIG ASS keyboard – S/O to the J-O-B. This mf is so beneficial. I can SEE the keys so there are less mistakes and increased efficiency. I damn sho appreciate it.
2.) Got my yellow lamp – 💥. Again, love to the J-O-B. The lamp has a yellow tint. THAT makes reading my screen just a little easier.
1.) Welp, Lakers lost. – How is this a Gratitude? Look homie. I’m old. Staying up three + hours to watch a game was killing my mojo. I was paying for hanging out, hoping. Now, I can focus on watching my son’s favorite team, Miami Heat. I’ll still get some QT which burns away some unwanted, intrusive thoughts.
