Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.


3.) Hanging out – Got out the house again! It’s always fun seeing the himies. The moat relaxing crew to hang with. I hadn’t chilled with them in months and doing so took my mind off building, publishing, working for awhile.

2.) The Last Dragon (1985) – I woke up to one of my favorite movies of all time. It felt great and motivated me to start up.

1.) Rolling with them – She’s going to basketball camp. I’m crunk for her. I’m supposed to roll with them and that means I’ll see my folks. I need to see my folks as much as possible because it has a calming effect.
