Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.
3.) Heat WON – What a game. I’m rooting for the Miami Heat to support my son. A good game also distracts me from thinking negative thoughts. My Mom laced us with fried fish, curly fries and Cole slaw to really put the game into perspective. I ate THREE plates so I’m following medical advice to improve my energy.
2.) 1st Born’s business savvy – She set her Mom up with an owner of an eatery to sell cookies! Huuuuuuge. This could dramatically increase sales and visibility of the brand. I’m proud of their efforts. My wife balling in cookie sales will improve my situation too.
1.) I got in bed – Dude. Homie. I got sleep, made it to restroom and back in bed. It’s the little things that serve as wins. It starts my day on high.
