Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Made it home before the rain – Biiig help. Rain is one of my banes. I don’t move well because the wheelchair is electric.

2.) Washing my own clothes – It’s simple. I filled my own bucket by cleaning my own clothes. Then, I cleaned myself and slipped into my favorite PJs. Super comfortable for bedtime.

1.) Leftover liquor gave me a buzz – A little alcohol went a loooong way with the chronic pain.
