Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.


3.) Wiz is back! – My youngest daughter is a true Daddy’s Girl. She’s been with the grandparents for basketball camp all week so her return filled my bucket. Her stories gave me affirmations right away. Like, her cousin wanted her to stay for a sleepover but Wiz said, “Nope. I’m going home to see my Daddy.” Awwww! I smiled so hard I damn near teared up. What a feeling. It fired me up to work harder because I knew she’d notice and appreciate my efforts. Stuff like that helps to keep you going even if you’re in serious pain.

2.) Cousin gifted me a beat! – Booooom! This beat is perfect! It has an old school vibe and knocks. The length is 40sec which forces me to stay on track with breaks, intros, commercials, endings, everything. I’m excited to kick off the podcast again. Yup, motivation is always appreciated. Building my business gives me energy and this pushes me to build my business.

1.) Finished Ultimatum: Queer Love (Netflix, 2023) – Stayed up late watching this with my wife as she prepped for her first Farmer’s Market. Dsmn right I’m earning husband points!
