Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

1.) Father’s Day meal! – It was soooo goooood. Better than I expected because all I truly remember tasting is hot sauce. Now, I don’t use much condiments so the actual flavor is cherished. I kinda feared that I’d get sick eating meat but nope. That’s a gratitude because I don’t need any more time in the restroom.
