Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) First ox tails – Turkey necks then ox tails. I’m scared to say this out loud but I DO feel more energy already. I’m out the bed before 7am the last two days. I’m really close to creating new podcast episodes. This is awesome stuff and I hope I haven’t jinxed myself by typing it out loud.

2.) We won dominoes – This one was soooo close. My wife and I lost in dominoes to her brother. They smoked us. M6 daughter and her boyfriend beat us. Winning on Juneteenth was special. It felt good.

1.) Starting with a shower – Aight. I’m dipping myself in Aquafor to ease the pressure sores. I don’t like medicating unless my body is clean. πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ. Plus, I’m diving into the Lidocaine patches again. My back is HURTING. *rolls neck* Time to knock out these work hours, in a better mood, less pain, seeing better too. 🀞🏿
