Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Cleo’s Lounge video – My goal for July is to focus on the blog, visibility and growth OVER adding services. I know reviews would do just that. I sincerely enjoy reviews, people respond well. This video will showcase a video and keep my memory fresh to write it.
2.) Momma & Auntie – We had fun Monday night. Straight up sharing stories and cracking jokes. We TRIED watching TV but talked over and throughout everything we chose. It’s these times that keep me from being overloaded. I was looking forward to it all day too. I think we surprised them with our dinner selection too (Golden Chick). Maybe even created a lasting memory because it was good as heck.

1.) My PT’s admission – The man said he’ll grace the show with a guest appearance but I will NOT ask about this. I was describing, in great detail, how and why I drink so much. I told him, “Alcohol is kinda like a good pain reliever but better muscle relaxer. When I drink, I feel I move better, stand better, less spasms. I’m aware of going too far so I’m really watching and judging myself as I drink. I don’t wanna fall either.”
He came back with, “Well, you’re right. The alcohol impairs your thinking so there’s less true interruption of body. Really, I shouldn’t tell you this but you’re right. It’s just if you drink TOO much, you’re gonna hurt yourself. MAJOR falls and accidents.”
Y’all. I felt vindicated. I felt seen. I’m right! There is sound, medical, truth to my beliefs of self-treatment. Take that MS! I got something for YOU that works!
