Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Hydrocortisone – If you haven’t heard, I woke up Sunday coveted in carpenter ants. At this point, I have a dozen bites. Hydrocortisone to the rescue. It relieves the itching and dulls the pain.

2.) mindset OVER bullshit is now on iHeart Radio! – *fist bump* I’m growing my audience by adding platforms. This is another step towards a line of income.

1.) The Tutor (Netflix, 2023) – My cousin recommended this. It was good too. The plot twists were unexpected. It sure helped my stop tripping on the ants.

Sleep – 6/3 (hours vs getting out of bed)
