Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) PT discharged me – I’m not excited about development at all. The good thing is I get those hours back in my day, less interruptions. I’ve wanted that for awhile.

2.) Ring door cam – It gets so tiring responding to the doorbell. With this, I can just look. Heck, my wife is faster than me. She’ll text me to not worry about it. *fist bump* Saving energy for what matters.

1.) Gotta solid buzz – I slept. Like, slept SLEPT. Ohhhhh, the joy. I’m a new person today!
