Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Perfect shirt on top – All day yesterday, I stuck between extremes, too cold or too hot. I came into Thursday looking for a specific shirt, half-sleeved. Wouldn’t you know, it was first in the dresser drawer, first shirt, first drawer. That felt like a win immediately.

2.) 1st Day of School Stories – One complained about everything, teachers, PE, students, wow. I wasn’t too surprised but sheesh. Another one complained about the distance between classes, the arduous addition of steps and outside

1.) My compression socks – I’ve been putting my feet up but no compression socks means I’m not maximizing the activity. Welp, I found the socks so it’s on today, tomorrow, and this weekend. I’m gonna BE better wit
