Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.


3.) Admin for my favorite FB group! – Look at me! What a rush! Cannabis and MS offered ME an opportunity to be an administrator. This is awesome for visibility and making connections. My goal is to find a podcast guest in here on a regular basis.

2.) Is it a hairbump? – My legs rub together so hard, so often that I thought I had a bone bruise! My wife checked it and announced it’s probably a hair bump. *whew* Easier to treat a hairbump than a bone bruise.

1.) Took Slow Down Sunday seriously – I’m not feeling rested, better, anything. I know it was good for me because I felt free all day. I awake today knowing yesterday was a mini-vacation.
