Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Flyswatter – You ever dealt with a fly so gangsta, so resilient that you pause shows and activity to get a flyswatter? I have, several times. Finding a flyswatter saved my mindset. That fly had me on camera, swinging, swatting, cursing, it was ugly. Until I found a flyswatter and FINISHED it.

2.) She washed, folded and put up clothes – When I’m struggling with my limitations, one of my “treatments” is self-care, self-love, doing me. All of those options start with cleaning myself, shaving, smell goods. THAT revolves around having clean draws ans PJs. It’s easier to select sleepwear when clothes are available. π₯. I’m set up for a full week with this simple action.
