Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

4.) BM. Finally. – A week. Trying to have a BM for a week. SHIT! It’s done and the relief is awesome. (I think I tore something tho.)

3.) Took my own advice – Stayed in the bed till 10am. Stayed in my bedroom till 3pm. I need that rest, off the pressure spots. I got back in the bed early too. Extra, extra rest.

1.) The Jewelry Thief (Netflix, 2023) – Yoo. What a story! This mug so interesting, I skipped some NFL games. Yup, just the wife and I, watching this, flirting, champagne and hiding from the kids.
