What and WHY I'm grateful today. I model this so others learn to put mindset OVER bullshit.

Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Sweater under my desk – After a few naps, falls, a BM (OMG. A BM.), I took a shower. My wife refused to leave my side, choosing to make sure she was close if I fell again. When I came out, I realized all my sweaters were dirty. The house was cold, as usual. Then, out of the corner of my eye, I saw my 2nd favorite sweater under my desk. I slid that mug on with quickness.

2.) Fence & gate repaired – *puts on Deion Sanders shades* I paid. Got that mug fixed so the housing association can get off my ass.

1.) Wife was home – NO way I’d bounce back without her help. None. I’m going to work because I feel better.
