Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) How I’m using HER work schedule – When SHE goes to work, I’m knocking out my daily video creations. It’s perfect because the kids studden me, the house gets extra quiet and I’m not rushing anything. This could be three CHEESY gratitude journal stories.

2.) Ranch helped! – I go those atomic wings from Wingstop. Last night, they were really good. Today they’re pure hot. The heat wasn’t going anyway, I couldn’t get used it, I was miserably eating those leftovers. Then, my wife shows up with a cup of Ranch. Everything got better. I forgot Ranch can lessen the heat flavor of hot foods. This saved my taste buds!

1.) Big Homie doing well – Hearing how well he’s doing brought tears to my eyes. *fist bump* I felt excited and hyper off his energy. Hell, it raised my vibration!
