Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Dateline – At some point, I was left alone while walking homies did what walkers do. Some went outside, others took naps. Of course, I couldn’t go outside without help. By the time I was 🫴 help getting outside, I was in my feelings and chose to stat inside. That’s where Dateline came in. It gave me something interesting to watch until football started.

2.) NFL+ – The Jags and Bills played early, 8:30am. I had to pay to watch it. It took forever but finally worked. Great game too!

1.) Real breakfast – Yuuuuup. Eggs, bacon, biscuits, custom jelly and champagne. I was chilling and grubbing and editing my gratitude journal. That makes going to work easier tomorrow.
