Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Freeform 31 days of Halloween – Halloween is one of our family favorites. Freeform has plenty of Halloween movies so we dove in yesterday. It didn’t matter what movie we chose, we spent time together and that raised my spirits.

2.) J-O-B put me on administrative leave – I really wanna scream “Fuck you”. The good thing is I have options to explore. I can do my wellness routines. I’ll leave it there, options and wellness.

1.) Got that super salad – It was soooo good! I got full physically and mentally. Knowing my salad request was filled immediately makes me feel like a priority.
