Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.
4.) NO excuses for poor self-care – I’m struggling with BMs. This is life with Multiple Sclerosis but since I can’t clock in, I believe I can help myself by drinking more water. More water should ease peeing too.
3.) Cut my editing time in HALF – My Thursday episode took about 6hrs. Friday was 4.5hrs. Saturday was 3hrs! That gives me incredible belief that I can keep this going, consistently. I’m going to increase followers and visibility.
2.) Quiet weekend – REST! That’s what I cherish about a chill weekend. We need some rest, I do at least. I finally knocked off some shows, ate consistently and took naps as needed.
1.) Texans vs Saints – Oooooooo wee! This game will keep my favorite text group crunk all day and spill into the following week. I’m excited for the Texans.
