Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Made her Born Day party kick-off – *fist bump* It feels awesome to have made the trips and opened doors for parents. Plus, I was there to back up wife. Points for ME.

2.) Didn’t accident myself – Got my first Starbucks in years. I kinda remembered coffee ran through my system, made me wanna pee but I found out the hard way. S/O to myself for not wetting the front seat, wheelchair, floor or myself! That accident would’ve totally affected her Born Day weekend in a negative way. It would made my wife even later for work. It would’ve ruined the front seat. *whew*

1.) Got adjusted in moving vehicle – I was hurting throughout the drive. My legs spasmed and locked in a straight position. It took forever but I rearranged them into a more favorable spit, got the knees bent. That gave me some pain relief.
