Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Homies sending money – Not to me. It was my daughter’s birthday. She’s aiming for an iPad. With online banking, my wife shared her link, folks sent her money. It made her birthday really special and I’m happy.

2.) Started new playlist – Multiple Sclerosis Questions. This playlist is new element of my podcast, available via my YouTube channel. This will help me relieve some stress and showcase my speaking.

1.) Empty house – Kids gone. Yaaaay! Less running upstairs. Less slamming doors. Less arguments. Less yelling. *deep breathe* It even smells cleaner. I’ll be more efficient with video editing because I can use my regular recording spots.
