Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

4.) Took a Friday nap – 2hrs of sleep. 1hr of TV. I felt a lot better when I got up.

3.) Had enough money! – The pressure was ON. My daughter received over a $100 in cash for her birthday. Next, she needs to deposit that cash into her online account. That’s where I come in. I transferred the money from my account to hers and took the $140. She proclaimed me a hero because she was ready to buy a tablet. That filled my bucket.

2.) Got THE gig – *applause* I’ve interviewed for fly positions before but didn’t get them. I earned this one. Time to put money where my mouth is, make some bread.

1.) They’re hosting a birthday party with MY name – S/O to my in-laws. For the 2nd time this year, someone is hosting a party for me. I’m ready for this. 🥃🍾🍻🥂🍷.
