Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.
3.) Finished Love is Blind – Shocking ending. Well, not really if you watched the season play out. Only 2 couples made it to the alter. That’s the lowest ever. Of the two, ONE got married. Daaaaaang. They’re still married and that’s cool because it was cute how they worked together. I really like them as a couple. It was a date with the wife to watch it, which is a break in the day’s bullshit. Since we watched it, I got to participate in the women’s hang out too! Hell, I lead yhe discussion. That feeling of being a part of a group reduced negative thoughts too. AND they had wine. *music plays* That wine helped me manage an ugly night of pain.
2.) NEW Married at 1st Sight – First, I’ll retake my Script Test. Then, it’s on like a chicken bone. I’m improving on the previous Gratitude by watching this from bed! I’m treating myself for the Script result by getting off the pressure sores, giving myself some pain relief.
1.) Wife’s support – She actually spoke the words, “I’m proud of you for pushing through, you haven’t given up.” Look, my love language is Words of Affirmation. I love it, get hype from it. It isn’t her love language so I overstand this is a direct act. *touches heart* Awww. I am gonna crush my Script Test with this Inner G (pronounced “energy”) under my feet!
