Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Naomi Nye Interview – She dropped dimes on mindset throughout the interview. Really good stuff that I’m gonna use for myself. That’s all one gratitude story. The fact that I edit my own episodes gives me plenty of time to stay busy this weekend. Gratitude story #2.

2.) BIG bottle of Riesling – It was a surprise! Every glass loosened my muscles and made me smile.

1.) There is NO mindset OVER bullshit episode today – Yup. Day off. I’m super spastic so I gotta prioritize Friday. Skipping this action gives me 4-5hrs to stay in bed, rest, relief from pressure sores.
