During this 2-week trial and introduction, I will model the mindset OVER bullshit University Gratitude Journal. Attendees are encouraged to bring their empty spirals and together, we create the magic that is Gratitude. Through intentional time dedicated to identifying and recalling WHY statements, audience members instill systems and routines that mitigate negative thoughts.
