MS Diary | Difference between taking the MS medicines vs wellness/exercise
Popping pills is soooo easy. Regardless of how bad I feel, how much I hurt, it’s easy as hell. It comes with side effects, rarely works as advertised but sooo easy.
Wellness/exercise is hard AF. Truly. It’s hard AF, super time consuming, and I must repeat, hard AF. There is a much higher probability that the activities will work, no side effects and my mood, parenting, perspective all improve. Super side effects!
So, what’s the problem? Despite which route I choose, I’m getting worse. That’s a fact of my life. That means medicine are always getting easier to take while wellness/exercise are constantly getting even harder.
If you can’t GET better, BE better.
