What and WHY I'm grateful today. I model this so others learn to put mindset OVER bullshit.

Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Roadhouse went well – The 1st time, 4 people showed up for virtual drinks. Everyone was Canadian except me. This time, 4 people again, one Canadian, one from New Jersey. Also, the New Jersey attendee was a Queen! That little difference excited me. Roadhouse went smooth, we chopped on restroom issues, listened to a member talk about going through stell cell therapy in Mexico and how well Canada treats it’s citizens with disabilities. Goooood stuff.

2.) Found application process for Assurance IQ – OMG! I’ve been looking for this for weeks! Finally. I found it, got it done and heard back. *light applause* I’m hoping for paid training but independent contract. Welp, the process started so I’ll be finding out soon.

1.) Rx refilled – I was out of Oxybutynin. Scary when the restroom trips have increased and the urgency multiplied. I was down to one day of Flexeril. Terrifying when spasticity and spasms do everything they can to cause accidents. S/O to my 1st Born for coming through again.

Sleep – 6/3 (hours vs getting out of bed)
