What and WHY I'm grateful today. I model this so others learn to put mindset OVER bullshit.

Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Vodka & cranberry – My cannabis pipe wasn’t working and Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis was whooping my ass. My Mom offered vodka and I immediately accepted. It reduced the pain.

2.) NO major injuries – I was worried about visiting my parents because their home isn’t wheelchair-accessible. My first restroom trip ended with a fall. *smh* I’m good, no injuries. Grateful than a mug because it was the kind of fall where you foresee injuries. The kind of fall when you’re trying to land in certain angles and spaces. I failed in every aspect of being safe but I’m good. *whew*/

1.) Seeing my parents!! – The fall was worth it. The restroom UN-comfortability was worth it. The pain of riding a few hours was worth it. I had a good time hanging with my folks, caught up on politics, watched two new series, enjoyed MY Mom’s cooking. This is what I need.

Sleep – 6/3 (hours vs getting out of bed)
