Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Found it! – So, newsflash, I blog about life from a wheelchair. I blog about living with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. To grow my blog, I share posts in FB groups aligned with my subjects. One of my favorite things to do to post a blog that answers someone’s question. That’s where this specific writing comes from. A MS’er asked about how we handle sex. (I could write about sex 4 days/week. 🤫) A lot of times, I can’t find whatever post I’m looking for. Even more, by the time I find it, I lose my spot to answer it. *smh* This time, it all came together. In my head, this could be THE comment that blows up my blog. I’ll keep checking to see if folks liked, loved, commented or shared. All that energy is better than overthinking stuff. I feel like I’m helping others, representing Tribespeople and building community. I KNOW I’m not the only one with these thoughts.

I don’t want sex. I NEED sex.

2.) Sam’s Southern Eatery – S/O to my parents for introducing a new restaurant. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and it was good. Plus, it was big enough that I saved some for today’s breakfast. Yes, I’m hungry as hell.

1.) Brought wheelchair charger – We stayed two days longer than planned. My wheelchair was done to it’s last couple battery levels. That’s when I remembered that I brought the charger. *fist bump*
