If you can’t GET better, BE better Lifestyle: Day 10

This started an experiment using the Candia-free approach to managing my Multiple Sclerosis. However, I still adjust things to match my personal mantra and beliefs. The Candida-free does NOT attempt to alleviate the concerns surrounding physical exercise and just moving around. I do NOT have healthcare for such endeavors either. Instead, I continue to increase my yoga and meditation. I ensure my body is getting enough water because I’m accurately aware of dehydration’s effects. The result?

I am creating my own lifestyle because once you know better, do better.

The Candida-free Lifestyle is when YOU eliminate:
• Alcohol
• Sugar
• Gluten

Each night, I plan to update readers, listeners, TRIBESMEN on the benefits of the Candida-free Lifestyle as it pertains to Multiple Sclerosis. This means I’m talking about wellness, BMs, energy, incontinence, shaking and OTHER MS-related issues. I’m hoping to share some eyewitness testimony on the advantages, struggles and solutions to using the Candida-free Lifestyle as a weapon of self-care to fight Multiple Sclerosis.
