Gratitude Journal Day 69: Monday, 12/7/2020

FIVE Gratitudes from a KING thriving despite Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. That means, I wrote 5 things I'm grateful for TODAY, 12/7/2020

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day!

I am and I know it is because so much is coming together. Since I did the Gratitude Family Assignment, 5 days total, the OTHER Gratitudes never stopped coming. Heck man, I don’t have enough time to tell you about everything but I will mention that I passed my TEFL certification. Okay, I’ll say that my FIRST application has been accepted for review and in discussions for a interview! *fingers crossed*

5.) Overtime ENDS today! 🙌🏾 OH SHIT! WHAT A DAMN FELING! #Yaaaaaas I’m working TODAY still. I’m grinding Tu-Friday. This is day 9 of a 13-straight, 8+ hrs, 64hrs in a ONE week, wife & kids getting X-mas gifts workload. I’m grateful AF because I get my WEEKENDS back in 5 days! Yeah, it’s work-from-home. (LOVE that.) Yup, I’m 100% homebound and wheelchair’ed up so I ain’t going nowhere anyway but BUMP that. I’m ready to sleep in, stay up LATE, talk & text during the day, goof around and all the stuff I’ve been missing.

4.) Queen💰 INVESTED 🎥in me and scooped a Selfie Ring Light with Tripod stand! 😜 Nooooo, neither of us are doing hair, makeup, eyelashes. What WE are doing is opening access to my LIFESTYLE. See, she’s helping me learn how to improve my blog, promote myself and HELP others. One way is more videos, more access and a true YouTube channel of “whatever I’m saying that is getting people CRUNK.” I didn’t ask for it, never heard of it but if it enhances my reach, ya boi is DOWN. Do you realize what a HUGE step that is? People INVESTING in you? Faith, cash, energy, knowledge, time… *daps* #GoGetter #Hustler

3.) Got my first Reiki healing and reading 🤔🤜🏾🤛🏾 Whooaaaa. She’s in Belize. We’re in Texas. She asked for permission to enter our home & did her thizzle from afar. I came away with all kinds of notes, advice, visions and insight into a specific ancestor that has been looking out for me. #Goosebumps

2.) No boils! 💪🏾👏🏽👍🏾👐🏾 *excited* Daaaaawg. I can sit without that burning pain in my bottom or legs. NO nasty looking, black than a mug bumps. Maaaaaaaan, the joy and gratitude I have for this comfort is…. without words.

1.) Completed the NEW & IMPROVED Homeschool Academy blog post! 👸🏽🤴🏾🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️💃🏽 Yuuuuup, it is no longer Daddy’s Academy of Gratitude. With new ownership, management, teacher and administrator, the entire set up is different. The kids start later, move with more interest and actually turn in their work at respectable time. *clapping* I LOVE it.

  1. Thanks for the daily read, it helps me frame the day and not start out with a deficit mindset. I have one request though, the font on the text when you start the daily gratitudes shrinks compared to the text higher up and makes it really hard for those with old man eyes to read on their phone.
    🙏
