Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) I was right about my Pulmonologist appointment – THEY said I missed an appointment on Monday. I’m not about to pay no show fees when I know damn I wasn’t scheduled. It didn’t take long and I was good.

2.) Y’all KNOW it’s funny! – I needed this for one of my LOLs. It sure had me rolling and sharing to get others going.

1.) DONE with week one of Prednisone – Siiiiiiiiis. It’s soooooo nasty and messes up taste buds. At least I don’t have to take TWO anymore! One all week then a half next week. This will loosen my BMs too. 🀞🏿
