What and WHY I'm grateful today. I model this so others learn to put mindset OVER bullshit.

Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Musty under ONE arm – Yes! I’m grateful to be musty. Why? It is PROOF of how hard I worked in physical therapy. I doubted my effort and was overthinking what to do to catch up. When that smell hit my nose, I realized my effort was good.

2.) On and off by myself – For the last year, I’ve needed help laying on the couch. I did it alone last night. This may become an alternative sleeping spot when the nerve pain forces me out of the bed.

1.) I got soooo much shit to do – Folks are leaving for Memorial Weekend but I’ll be here. *shrugs* I can’t go but I have a loooong list of to-dos. I’m excited about it too. I have a partner with mindset OVER bullshit Roadhouse, which makes me focus.

Sit & stand – ✅️

Sleep – 6/3 (hours vs getting out of bed)
